Overview of Program Offerings

We offer structured classes across several core programs:


  • Taekwondo: For students of all ages, progressing through Basic, Leadership, and Black Belt levels
  • Little Ninja Program: A specialized martial arts program for children ages 4–6
  • Kickboxing: High-energy fitness and striking classes open to teens and adults
  • Self Defense: Practical, real-world safety skills taught in a supportive environment


Each program is led by qualified instructors and follows a rotating curriculum that builds foundational skills and promotes continuous growth.

Monday – Thursday

  • 3:30 PM – Little Ninjas (Ages 4–6)
  • 4:15 PM – Basic Taekwondo (Beginner Youth)
  • 5:00 PM – Leadership Program (Intermediate)
  • 6:00 PM – Kickboxing (Teens & Adults)
  • 7:00 PM – Self Defense (All Levels)
  • 7:45 PM – Black Belt Training / Advanced Forms

Saturday

  • 9:00 AM – Basic & Leadership Taekwondo (All Ages)
  • 10:00 AM – Belt Testing (as scheduled)
  • 11:00 AM – Family Training Sessions
  • 12:00 PM – Special Seminars / Guest Instructor Events
  • Closed on Fridays and Sundays
