At Westy 5280 Karate Academy Foundation, our mission is to inspire children of all ages to unlock their full creative potential through the practice of martial arts. We are committed to fostering a unique environment where children, families, and individuals of all abilities and experiences can freely explore, create, and embrace the martial arts as a positive force in their lives.

Black Belt Testimony.

On May 31, 2025, Black Belt Assistant Instructors Mr. Erich Fox and Mr. Connor Fox showed the character they have built through training when they helped save a man's life at Lake Pueblo.

After a boat had flipped over due to high winds, a man had come to shore yelling "call 911, call 911". These two brothers did not hesitate and both ran into the water to help save the second man, about 100 yards out.

Shortly after, Mr. Erich Fox ran to the parking lot to direct the 4 first responders to help save the man's life. It was because of these two brothers that this man is still alive and breathing.

We are INCREDIBLY proud of these two instructors. This was a true test of their character. Both of these instructors are amazing individuals, and we are happy to call them family.

We offer American Freestyle Taekwondo classes for children and adults of all abilities at our Westminster location. Consistent training is the key to progress.
