Group Fitness Programs
Welcome to Group Fitness! Our classes are the most efficient fitness classes. Group Fitness burns an average of 500-1000 calories each session and keeps the metabolism up for at least 30 hours after class. Thai Chi Kickboxing is our specialty! This style is known as self-defense because it utilizes balance, flexibility, coordination, leg strength, and self-defense ability. Some of the many benefits of Thai training include: great results in weight loss and cardiovascular fitness, a combination of learning and growing as you work out, and our classes constantly vary to prevent a fitness plateau so it never becomes stale. Group Fitness offers you over 6 hours of bag-smashing, heart-pounding workouts every week! It’s fun, it’s fresh, and you can use it! The striking skills you develop can also be used for effective self-defense.
Zumba sessions are typically about an hour long and are taught by licensed instructors. The exercises include music with fast and slow rhythms, as well as resistance training. The music comes from the following dance styles: cumbia, salsa, merengue, mambo, flamenco, chachacha, reggaeton, soca, samba, hip hop music, axé music, and tango.
