We do Zumba on Wednesdays! Zumba is a very fun way to stay healthy! Doing Zumba for 1 hour can burn from 300-900 calories. Zumba can keep your heart healthy, it can boost good cholesterol and lower bad cholesterol. Stay active with Zumba can help you destress and clear your head and can be a good way to relieve stress. Our Zumba class is a fun and non-judgemental place to do get a workout and stay healthy. Come in soon and join us!

 

Zumba

Zumba sessions are typically about an hour long and are taught by licensed instructors. The exercises include music with fast and slow rhythms, as well as resistance training. The music comes from the following dance styles: cumbia, salsa, merengue, mambo, flamenco, chachacha, reggaeton, soca, samba, hip hop music, axé music, and tango.

Come join in on the fun. The reason is simple: Every class feels like a party!
