Get fit while kickboxing, cleverly disguised as fun. With so many different class times throughout the day, you can always find a fitness program that motivates and inspires you to push yourself and have a great time doing it. We offer state-of-the-art Group Fitness classes led by certified instructors who are fun, friendly, approachable, and always ready to talk, share tips and offer encouragement.
High Intensity Training Kickboxing:
30 minute kickboxing training for someone who wants to get a quick but intense work out.

Zumba sessions are typically about an hour long and are taught by licensed instructors. The exercises include music with fast and slow rhythms, as well as resistance training. The music comes from the following dance styles: cumbia, salsa, merengue, mambo, flamenco, chachacha, reggaeton, soca, samba, hip hop music, axé music and tango.
